There are different human motivators: competition, belonging, spirit or well-being. This is why as BlueTigerEyeWellness we have set-up a challenge community to help bring some of that va va voom energy in team work.

Challenge 1, The Reaching your Peak challenge, gave us a sneak preview of how spirit and encouragement have the power to give us that extra va va voom.

In challenge 2, A Skip, Hop & a Jump Round the World, teams dug deeper into the never give up spirit that comes from determination, consistency and teamwork at its best.

The Spiderman Push-up Challenge

In this challenge, we build on the notion of team spirit. Team Spirit can take work, commitment, vision and a number of key ingredients, including leveraging on skills and experience, letting people step out of the shadows, and positivity.

This challenge is a hard one! We are spiderman-pushing up some tall towers around the world – but as a team, this mission is POSSIBLE! So grab your teammates and join us for a fun challenge where you will discover as much about your own true potential, surpass your limits and work with your teammates. Extra points for creativity and consistency!

Posting for a cause and the perks of the community

As for all the challenges, we post to raise awareness about 4 causes that matter to us as a team – when you post we encourage you to tag us in Facebook @bluetigereyewellness  and Instagram @bluetigereye_wellness and tag #bluetigereyewellness #strongertogether #saynotoracism #blacklivesmatter #eachforequal.

All participating teams have the choice to select at least one of these for the duration of the challenge, as well as one of their personal choice.

We ask each team to post individual or mash-up videos weekly for each tower to help us raise awareness about inclusion and diversity and spread the word about the community and the challenges. If you want to escape this as well as benefit from some extra perks such as access to our trainers and testing some of our core programmes through our app, then join the closed community. We charge a small USD/CHF 5 per challenge. Sign up through our closed Facebook group, through the form below or contact us through one of the socials to know more.

Here’s the Plan

Each team has to complete the amount of Spiderman push-ups representing the height of each tower. The challenge will take 31 days (7 days per tower).

This time it is as much about teamwork as speed – the team with the fastest time average brings it home (we will give you access to a timesheet). If you can only do 2, don’t let it scare you! Your teammates are there to pick up the rest :). 3 members per team with 2 supporting crew if needed. We will be posting a weekly league table for all teams to see where they are at as well as some special days where you win extra bonus points.

Sign up through our private group on Facebook, via our webpage or through Instagram
